By accessing this website and/or placing an order, the customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. No variation of these terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by DE.
3. Orders & Order Acceptance
- All orders placed via the website are subject to acceptance by DE.
- DE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and processed.
4. Product Availability & Lead Times
- All products are subject to availability.
- Branding services (e.g. embroidery, printing) will extend production timelines.
- Estimated turnaround times will be communicated but are not guaranteed.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and EFT via secure payment gateways (e.g. Yoco).
6. Branding Approval Process
- Where applicable, digital proofs or samples will be provided for approval before production.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all artwork, spelling, positioning, and specifications.
- Once approval is given, DE is not liable for errors in the final product.
7. Customer-Supplied Goods
- Any goods supplied by the customer for branding are at the customer’s own risk.
- DE is not responsible for damage, defects, or unsatisfactory results due to the nature or quality of supplied items.
- Customers must supply additional quantities to allow for a reasonable spoilage rate (1–2%).
- Slight variations in colour, size, positioning and finish may occur.
8. Delivery Policy
- Delivery will be arranged via courier.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be provided along with tracking details.
- DE is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond its control.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the customised nature of branded goods:
- No returns or refunds will be accepted on personalised or branded items unless defective.
- Non-branded products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging (subject to approval).
- Cancellations prior to production may incur an administration fee of up to 20%.
- If DE cannot fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Defects & Claims
- Any defects, shortages, or errors must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
- No claims will be accepted after this period.
- Approved returns must be unused and in original condition unless defective.
11. Intellectual Property
- Customers warrant that they have the right to use any logos, designs, or materials supplied.
- DE will not be liable for any intellectual property infringement claims.
- DE reserves the right to refuse to reproduce any content deemed unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
12. Limitation of Liability
- DE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
- DE does not guarantee that products will exactly match samples due to manufacturing and branding variations.
13. Ownership & Risk
- Ownership of goods remains with DE until full payment has been received.
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
14. Privacy Policy (POPIA Compliance)
DE is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We collect and process personal information for:
- Order processing and fulfilment
- Communication regarding orders
- Customer support
We will not share personal information with third parties except where necessary to fulfil orders (e.g. couriers, payment providers).
15. Payment Security
- All online payments are processed via secure third-party providers such as PayFast.
- DE does not store credit card details.

DE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to:
- Acts of God (including fire, flood, or extreme weather)
- Load shedding, power outages, or utility failures
- Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action
- Supplier or manufacturer delays or failures
- Transport, courier, or logistics disruptions
- Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
- Internet, network, or system failures
In such circumstances, DE shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to fulfil its obligations or, where performance is no longer possible, to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid for undelivered goods or services.

By using this website, you agree not to upload, submit, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- You warrant that you have full rights and permission to use any files, logos, designs, or materials uploaded for branding or reproduction.
- DE reserves the right to refuse to process any content that, in its sole discretion, is inappropriate, unlawful, or technically unsuitable for production.
- While DE takes reasonable measures to protect uploaded files, we do not guarantee that files will be free from loss, corruption, or unauthorised access. Users are responsible for retaining backup copies of all submitted files.
- DE shall not be liable for any errors in final products resulting from low-quality, incorrect, or improperly formatted files supplied by the customer.
